For whatever it's worth:

Israel’s EL Al Airline Signs Efficiency Plan With Pilots
(Bloomberg) -- Agreement includes measures to more efficiently staff flights, cancel old compensation packages in exchange for salary increases, and new rules to avoid staff shortages and ensure proper rest times, according to Tel Aviv bourse filing.

those who are flying next week with LY should be prepared to major delays, specially on Motzei Shabbos, since 2 planes are stuck in Europe.

Huh?

What makes you think that those planes won't land in TLV on Shabbos, after unloading passengers in ATH and FCO?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I'm not sure they'll be stuck in Europe. When this happened in June they flew the plane back to TLV on shabbos with just crew and no passengers. They just can't fly passengers on shabbos. if so they will have to send 2 planes to pick up the pax, which will only increase the delays, & is the crew still under the limit to continue to TLV?

You are speculating, rather than basing your opinion on historical and current facts.
