And In 5 months time, we would have a discussion if we violated any T&C, I honestly don't think the overall opinion will be that we did,
Am I allowed to buy the max amount of phones they allow me to? Even if I re sell it?
So just because we all sent it to NH, cuz it's cheaper, does not make that a violation of T&C, unless they specifically stated shipping address limitations,
Which last I checked, there is no public T&C regarding this, it's just what the system was set up for

They aren't a court, there is no innocent until proven guilty, if they suspect fraud they can act on it.

Look on the project fi homepage, under legal it says you agree to googles terms of service...

ETA: Project Fi terms of service also say it is only for personal use. Just look on their site.

But when you ask for the T&C and they respond, that it's not public, I wouldn't think not to rely..
But I don't want to read it, cuz if I do, I can't pull ignorance
Stam, I did not loose any important accounts (I'll just get less spam now )
But I know someone who got scamed into paying a 'security company' to protect him, cuz this company told him he was hacked,
That's why I'm really bothered..
And 90% of the ppl who bought, had zero thoughts that they are doing something wrong..

I was on the phone with google for an hour this morning. The rep was trying to figure out what was going on. She called many different departments, spoke to different people and now one had any answers. She sent me the disabled account form again and just advised that in "additional information" I add verifying information about me (dob, cc used, billing address, email password) and to see what happens. 

Honestly, if I lose my account it's not the end of the world, but I need to get my spouses primary account back! We have important information on google drive that we can't afford to lose. Yes, I'm an idiot for doing this, but sheesh

You can't plead ignorance anyways, it's not their fault if you clicked "I agree" without actually reading the T&C's.
