Help, Google just disabled my email accounts

the crazy thing is, they did cancel orders, one account they canceled the order and then emailed me apologizing and offered me a 2 day shipping free and a direct link to order again and a 100 google play credit to be emailed to me  in a month ..

My first 2 orders (of 5 phones each) went through without a hitch. They shipped. All hunky dory until both my accounts were shut.
After the first 2 orders, I couldn't get any others to go through. B"H!!!

How many dealers/shipping addresses were there? Were these all going to NH?
Did the phones ship?

Tried takeout, does not work. Completely locked out.

I personally know of 6 people, each with multiple accounts (none of them are on this forum). I personally had 3 accounts closed.

Sent to NH, all phones shipped. (I have not heard from anyone who sent elsewhere, someone correct me if i'm wrong)

I would assume the number of people affected are in the (low) 100's.

Try to go viral with Google shutting down accounts and put pressure on them.

Bringing media attention to Google's crazy power may help get accounts back and bring on much needed reform.

I think a main site post would help get more information which could then be updated in the post. There are probably people who were affected and read DDMS but aren't on DDF.

I agree.  Get them to reconsider the whole thing before they finalize a decision.

If a DDMS post goes up, it should emphasize that while suspended, emails are being *bounced* which means people will never know what they missed.

In some cases, bills, travel confirmations, work documents in Gdrive, etc, all of which if missed can irrevocably damage one's credit, risk their jobs, etc. It's actually truly problematic.

EFF is actually a great idea.  Then, it gets picked up, sites like Engadget and the Verge, etc.

Indeed. Suspending access to someone's email account, in today's day and age, is a weighty thing, especially when that suspension results in losing access to all one's personal information.

I actually placed quite a few orders and included gmail accounts as secondary accounts for phones, none of those secondary accounts were closed.
Only the primary account ordering and paying for Pixel phones were closed.
