They told me the phone I sent back came damaged and the credits won't post so they added it manually for me.

U could waste your entire life hucaing with them & you still won't have what u want even though they all promise you that all they want is to help you & "make things right"

Exactly the conclusion I came to.
They are horrific, this feels like sprint in 2007.
I think this promo really backfired. Personally not only do I regret taking advantage of it, I've been show how horrible thier customer sevrvice is, seriously contemplating switching to a new carrier.

Did you get a text about it?
I got a text saying not eligible and then 20 minutes later saying it is eligible and the credits will show on next bill...
Glad I didn't call

Same here, got both texts today, but only for one of my lines. The other line I traded in, I got no texts for.

It sounds like when they switch the a account to the tax included plan you get these texts saying not eligible and then they correct it

I'm on a simple choice promo plan, I don't want to be switched to T-Mo one...

Not worthy wasting your time with phone reps. Try twitter
Wow, thanks for the tip, Twitter was awesome.
They seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, saw that I was told by a rep that I was eligible and verified they received my trade in devices. They promised to honor it and said it will take a few days to get set up and show on my account. (hopefully they will actually follow through).
The most amazing thing is, the wholes situation involved about 2 min of typing instead of 2 hrs of talking on the phone.

Same here only I spent a few hours of texting back & forth instead of a few days of talking on the phone.

Not sure what you're referring to? The delays?

Not sure how much longer this will be around, but I basically added 2 additional free lines to my T-Mobile One plan today (just paid for SIM cards).

Currently T-Mobile has a promotion to add 2 lines for the price of 1. The way it works is it adds 2 lines for $20 each, then gives a statement credit for $10 per line every month (as usual, may take a few months and a bunch of tweets / phone calls to get the credits working properly).

Now, T-Mobile also has the Kickback program, where if you use under 2GB on any line (from the One plan), you get "up to" a $10 credit for those lines as well.

$20 -$10 -$10 =$0 (as long as I make sure the lines use under 2GB monthly).

What is meant by that? Every month $20 per line?
Which is $40 a month for both lines minus the $20 credit? So your paying $10 a line each month plus 5-6$ tax?

T-Mo ONE doesn't have any taxes & fees - what u see is what u pay. So after $20 credit if he uses less than 2gb on each line he gets another $20 credit thereby lowering the price of 2 lines to $0.

How much is the plan(each line) per month?

As you bolded in your earlier quote he's paying $20 per line. Idk if that's because he's adding onto a bigger acct or because that's the standard.
