there are thousands of bochurim learning in israel. although the system is designed for a full day of learning, there is a percentage of bochurim that can't handle it and end up wasting a lot of time doing nothing. wouldn't it be nice if we can hook them up with a chessed organization to help or to get a light job for a couple hours and make a couple bucks? in this thread you can post:
1) your opinion on this topic (probably controversial)
2) you are or you know of a bochur in this situation
3) you know a light job or chessed opportunity or have an idea
4) anything you feel relevant to this topic

If I had a couple extra hours a day (I don't).. I would be upping my overall scheme game (credit card churning, amex offers, gift cards, buying and reselling things...)

That's not so good for yeshiva bochrim necessarily . Very hard to find a balance and it's something that they can very easily get obsessed over and ditch yeshiva .

do you know where satmar shul building is in ezras torah? not the hall/school, the big building across the street above bus stop.

on the right side of the building is a makolet/book store in a dead end alley, walk up maybe a 100 feet up the hill and on the left hand side is a door

ask the makolet where the kitchen is if you have trouble
