For those of you that may have jumped in on this deal, as it now looks this was indeed not a true price mistake, what do you plan on doing with them? Does Dell truly charge a 15% restocking fee - and if customer pays return shipping that would probably be costly.

Waiting to see what model arrives. If it's the wrong one, I doubt they will charge return shipping or restocking if they listed it wrong.

The P2217H and P2213 both have the same sku number on the website. I saved the screen shot showing the better model for the "discounted" price.

OK, mine came today.  Just the stand.  Argh!  Dell offered me a $100 coupon to keep the monitor; I refused.  They are sending me a return shipping authorization label (no cost to me) and I'll drop it at UPS.

Seems like some said above, stand was shipped first, then they ship the monitors, tracking number says both stand and monitor, one for one refused so far.


Kinda cute that they tried bargaining with you, they tried the same with me when I originally called to cancel.

So far no signs of any monitors for me. Just the stand.
Did anyone actually open their box and see a monitor?

I jumped on the deal JJ posted above, but as mentioned in the comments on ddms, both "mistakes" quoted in this thread are likely to only ship the stand, but no monitors!
