I don't know what the article is about.

And they make it like it's from this "David Phillips"

Youre in that tricky area of once something is on a public website it's not necessarily an invasion of privacy. I dont know zman magazine at all, but if they are a commercial magazine (either they charge a fee or they have advertising revenue) then they are using a picture that belongs to you for a commercial purpose without permission which is a slam dunk...you probably dont stand to recover much $ anyway in terms of a lawsuit but if you like moral victories...

its a super chutzpa and you should at the very least send a letter asking for an explanation and a retraction

It's a long 9 page article with rehashed information about the pudding guy along with that random picture from DansDeals.com of my AAdvantage lifetime gold letter.  There is no credit given to DansDeals.com at all.
