You need the promo code which reduces it by $200 so it comes out to $49 after rebate.

Actually, if you look on the Canon rebate form, you only get $200 rebate, meaning it cost you $100 after rebate, the $250 rebate is only if you buy it together with their photo paper. maybe I'm wrong, but this is how it looks for me

I would say it's a targeted offer, because on their regular site, they have no mention about photo paper

It clearly says on the website $250 rebate which is with the paper - in the past they always included the paper for free
