getting cash from prepaid visa

I was wondering how I can go about buying a prepaid visa card from staples and then getting the cash from it?

You're right, it came off a little vindictive which wasn't really my intent, I was actually trying to help. The amount of new threads that have been created recently for no reason has gotten a little out of control IMO and I guess I was a little frustrated.
