It has nothing to do with Google or paying from another account. I didn't do any of that and I was still shut down. The only think I did was transfer around a little through p2p pay

is there a difference whether the payment is initiated online or over the phone?
If the account is at another bank cash they see the name regardless?

I just got my account closed by Capital one. The only thing I can attribute it to, is maxing out my credit line for a balance transfer.
Has anyone ever had success getting Capital one to reopen an account that they closed? If yes, how?
