Does anyone here know if you can cancel a ticket booked with MR points via amextravel.com within 24 hours for free?

Usually NOT.  Only Priceline has that feature.

You could cancel until Monday night. Personal experience. I posted it somewhere here before.

hi,
i booked a united ticket on amextravel.com using cash and mr points. my airline for 2020 was united so i am supposed to receive a 35% points credit.
if i want to cancel the flight and receive an ETC instead, will amex take back my points redemption or my 35% bonus?

I have a question regarding using ecredits from cancelled trips booked through Amex Travel. I have a booking through them that I might end up cancelling to get a Delta ecredit (or that what I believe I will be issued). Does anyone know if this credit has to be used through Amex Travel or if I could use it directly on Delta.com? I talked to Amex Travel the other day and the agent told me that I can use them on Delta.com or through AmexTravel.com but I don't know if I should believe them.

I have no personal experience with this.  But a Delta credit should be a Delta credit. That can be used on their website. I can't imagine there's a Delta credit with special conditions - that can only be used on Amex Travel.

Does anyone know if the 24 hours cancellation policy is still really to 11:29pm the next day (not strictly 24 hours) and also if they do EST? Meaning if it was booked after 12 am EST yesterday, can I cancel until tomorrow night?

In general, sometimes that info is in the confirmation email. small print.  or even when you check  your reservation on line. Don't know about AMEX reservations.

They say 24 hours, but they always say that, and it for sure wasn't true years ago.
