Anyone Paying Taxes By Credit Card?
« on: April 13, 2011, 11:50:41 PM »
Anyone else thinking of paying their taxes by credit card?

payusatax.com for example charges 1.95% for MC.  Plus that fee is tax-deductible if you own your own business.
For folks who were targeted for double CO miles that's a gold mine, but even on my CO PP card with FEQM's it's intriguing.
Of course I can also use by Key CO Debit card for a $3.89 flat fee and get 1 mile per 6 dollars spent.

Hmm...
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi,

Thinking of paying taxes with $200 Visa GC from Staples. (7.5% value for 1.87% fee).

1) anyone did this before?

2) can I pay my taxes in multiple transactions?

Thanks

There is a limit per processor. If IIRC it is two.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Payusatax.com looks quite intruiging- would this mean this is a great way to reach spend limits on any card that has a 2% cash back?

Is payusatax.com legit and safe? If I have a 2% cash back card is this a good option?
