Anyone able to confirm if the Dell Amex offers that are expiring will still post as long as it’s swiped before expiration or does the charge need to post?

It all depends on when Dell decides to charge you and what is reflected on the transaction date when posted. Dell has a habit of sometimes not charging you until 1-2 days after you order.

How long ago did it renew? Did you call and ask about cancelling/downgrading and getting the fee refunded?

Yea... purposely kept the card extra 30 days for the Uber credit.. ended up costing me the full annual fee lol..

You should be able to downgrade to the gold or green card and get a prorated refund. Might not be worth it but something to consider.
