When comparing queen, the W has 825 coils, 25 more than the Classic. The next tier, Elite, has 900. The next, World Class, 1000 etc.
So technically, it's in-between Classic and Elite closer to Classic. As I mentioned in my previous post, the W bed is a good choice per your
recommendation.

Although they gave me a boxspring free of charge(price was for mattress only originally) I decided to purchase a 14 inch high frame/boxspring combination for storage purposes.

Just figured I'd share my story and see if it helps anyone else.
My mattresses were killing mine and my wife's back due to sagging. We filed a claim and although the guy who came was on our side, he basically said that there was no chance were going to win. One thing he said was that our cheap box springs (that I bought for $100) had ruined the mattress, which I later confirmed to most likely be the case with other mattress stores. Nevertheless after being denied my claim, I fought it with simmons and they never responded to my emails. Out of desperation, I wrote a real sob story to the W hotel themselves. Within a few days, after forwarding them the claim responses from simmons and crying a little more about all the suffering my wife and I were going through, they easily agreed to send us new mattresses. The whole thing took a few days, and I got a call a few days ago, to schedule a delivery.
Three lessons learned.
1 - File a claim first. I don't think they would have listened to me had I not contacted simmons first.
2 - Don't give up. (I was going to try the credit card company next)
3 - DON'T BUY CHEAP BOX SPRINGS

Any one know when the next coupon code is coming out, so that I can buy the box springs and frame?

i had the mattresses as well- and one of the beds on the side of it was a bit warped.. i could never fight it cus i had it in israel- but it was very uncomfortable and sagged... i dont believe the box spring could have ruined the mattress- i dont think their the best beds in the world, and they will try and say anything to take the blame from their own product. and if im not mistaken there is a 35% off code that still works ( i tried it a few weeks ago)

I had an issue with a down comforter i bought from them. They replaced it once, but the second time it began leaking feathers they advised me that they do not have a warranty and will not replace it again.

after reading this entire thread and with the new promo code(http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/25407) and considering i need new beds it seems like its the perfect time to get the w beds,just a couple questions' how reliable is the 10 year warranty? besides for the actually mattress any other products i should order along with the actual mattress? we like hard firm mattress,any particular make/model would suit our needs better? thanks again,appreciate any help!

Just to let people out there that they have changed to mattress from the w store in the past year or so. It is extremely soft and they claim that's what the clients wanted so all the beds are like that (as in the one my sister ordered wasn't a damaged one) if u don't like soft I'm warning u not to even bother. I had a w bed I bought 4 years ago and it was amazing. You can't compare what they are today. (sister called company and got them to take it back. I tried the beds they had no support and very soft.

the only way you can see if its a good bed for you is if you stay in a W lol
