improve credit score

 i cant get approved from chase credit cards due to some arguments i had with them regarding my account,is there anyway to fix it up?

i had some issues with chase regarding finance charges and also about they changed my date that bills are due,trying to get annual fee waived even second year,  basickly a few arguements with them,some they gave in some not. due to that i am not able to get approved for other chase credit cards.they list in the letter saying 'you did not get approved due to ect.....    any solutiuon??

They say "you did not get approved due to etc."? I don't believe that... What reason do they give?

they say basically that i was hard costomer to deal with

Then its not a question how to improve credit score, I would say just call them up an excuse yourself and promise to be nice ......
