SPG Gold Upgrade w/ Priceline?

As an SPG Gold, will I get an upgrade to a better room if available when booking the room thru Priceline?

Even on a regular reservation, YMMV when you're only gold... With Priceline as well, YMMV.

The only thing you can try is to tell us which hotel you're talking about and maybe someone had experience there...

thanks, sheraton hotel and towers in downtown seattle (pikes place)

last week at the westin lax i got bumped into a 610 sq ft suite w/ two rooms and private balcony on a c/p reservation (1600/$30)!!

I bought a room on priceline for $85 @ the Westin Palace in Milan and was upgraded to a stunning room.

Do the Starwood hotels know from your reservation that you're gold or platinum, or if you want an upgrade you'll need to mention something?

i was there recently and got bumped into a huge 610 sq ft corner suite on the 11th floor...all i did was call ahead and see if there was availability and they will give it to you if ur gold but YMMV..try ur luck and ask for a director/chairman suite w/ a jacuze :)
