got my card on 11/29/16, just spoke to CSR and was told that my 1st statement won't close till 1/10/17 so whatever travel spending i do now will count towards 2017. Any way to change the close date?

I have a question I'm not sure if this is the right place but I want to buy Disney park tickets if I do it through calling a travel agent or through calling Disney am I able the $300 travel credit to go towards the tickets?

any data points with Metro Express Lanes (CA EZpass)? I assumed it would work, but credit hasn't posted yet, and for all the others it posted almost immediately.
