But if you Google the five blue zones you'll see that all them are on beautiful Waterfront areas
That's a separate question from the sunlight thing. Does Buettner talk about that?

I'm curious about stuff like pollution, water quality etc..

also again you could eat the same foods but which has chemicals etc or nutrients

Stop worrying and start living.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Sunlight is mentioned here

https://www.bluezones.com/exploration/okinawa-japan/
I was asking whether he talks about being near water.

I think the benefits of sunlight are probably among the most researched/documented of the factors discussed (for overall health, if not longevity), but it's not a very good indicator of why the blue zones are special. They're not particularly remarkable in their levels of annual sunshine. Obviously it's meant to be just one of several factors, but that makes the benefits of each one more vague.

I doubt whether the amount of annual sunshine is as important as how much time is spent in the sun based on lifestyle.

Of course. But I doubt these places are somehow world-leading even in that measure.

Huh?

Healthy eating is definitely more costly than unhealthy eating.

Unless the unhealthy eating is from prepared foods
