If they are an authorized user or are living at the same address.
Otherwise, risky.

I'm not sure if smaller amounts are less scrutinized, and if so what the thresholds are. From a TOS perspective it's pretty clear.

Most likely. Check the cash price of the flight, and divide it by 0.0125. Compare that number with the SW points price, and go with whichever is less. I doubt CSP ever be less.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

How do I know if I got a signup bonus in the last 48 months? I think I got one at some point but don't remember when. Also If I got a CSR bonus will that preclude me from getting a CSP bonus?

Only one bag was delayed but 5 passengers on the itinerary. Is this one claimant or 5? Everyone had stuff in that bag.

I need points to book a Hyatt stay, my new sapphire bonus didn't post yet.

My sister has Chase points, same last name, can I have her just add my Hyatt account to her chase and she transfers or should I have her add my chase account and she combines?

She can transfer her Hyatt points to your Hyatt points.
Or she can book you a stay with her Hyatt points.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
