anyone know what the issue is and how to get around it? I’ve tried using multiple browsers and devices. No issues with my other cards, only this last platinum.

Not sure if it's the same issue, but in the past, I had problems if I tried using cards saved in my wallet. It sometimes would work if you entered the full card details at checkout, or deleted/readded that card from your wallet.

Sounds like it should work, but no experience.
I would say try and report back, but it's a bit late in the year to wait and see.
