YMMV. Apparently still works with Jet Blue. However, they might reverse the credit in a few weeks or month. So UA Travel banks are definitely safer.

I see some intra-Florida flights operated by Silver airways for $74-92. Try MIA-MCO/TPA/EYW.
I’m just not 100% sure these can be refunded to TB.

It takes affect when you get the confirmation email, usually within minutes.

Did it show up for you? I have a few from 12/20-12/23 nothing yet.

ETA: My 12/12 purchase credited 12/15, definitely strange, but not beyond the regular Amex idiosyncrasies. Looking for any data points after 12/12.
