Anyone getting credits from gift loads? Not sure why it should matter, but wouldn't mind seeing a DP.
BTW I chatted and they said they'll issue it in a couple of days - we'll see.
But now I've got 4 more of these to unload in 2025.

I don’t understand the nervousness here. It’s an unpredictable time frame as to how long it takes to get the credit. Over time I’ve had credits post from a few days to a few weeks later. 6-8 weeks is the official time frame. As long as United travel bank is still working-and you don’t have to ask in this thread every few days or weeks to double check- there’s no reason to get all frantic. Yes it can take a while sometimes, but other than settling your own nerves, there’s no need to chat or frantically consult this thread all the time.

Which part is making others worried? My own data points have some working and some not. The purpose of these threads is to try and find a common theme/trigger when things work or don’t work. If that is something that bothers you, I would suggest not reading the thread.

Maybe some people want to close their Amex after their credits post, and that’s why DPs are important

I have a weird situation, I hope I wont get messed over.

I wanted to use the credit for B6 but I could not find a blue flight under $99. Someone upthread suggested a silver air flight which I booked. I then called jetblue and they said that it cannot be cancelled for travel bank, only for a one way voucher on the same route for the same Pax.

So I was still within the 24 hour cancellation ad I cancelled. I got a refund. I then switched to United and bought travel bank.

When the airline travel credit posted, it posted as a $180 credit for the jetblue which was refunded and a $20 credit for United.

I think you're 1 step ahead of me - are you saying that if you book and cancel a stam b6 flight you will get the $200 credit, but also implying this isn't advisable?

No Im saying That I hope my credit does not get clawed back. Was not referencing your situation at all

It will likely get clawed back, and unfortunately in OP situation it will no longer be available for spend.

I cant chat with them to get credit for the UATB if they claw the B6 credit?

No I know. It sounds like your intention was to book a b6 flight, cancel it and get b6 credit, and that this would trigger the credit. Instead you cancelled the flight altogether and this also triggered the credit. Were you surprised that a straight up booking/canceling triggered the credit? I didn't know that would work.
