Possibly but the whole TB is not officially included.

No I know. It sounds like your intention was to book a b6 flight, cancel it and get b6 credit, and that this would trigger the credit. Instead you cancelled the flight altogether and this also triggered the credit. Were you surprised that a straight up booking/canceling triggered the credit? I didn't know that would work.

It works just if it shows up as a refund there is a high likelihood of clawback, vs TB or cancelling for B6 credit sends no refund at all to Amex.

It usually triggers, but then almost always gets clawed back.

Anyone getting credits from gift loads? Not sure why it should matter, but wouldn't mind seeing a DP.
BTW I chatted and they said they'll issue it in a couple of days - we'll see.
But now I've got 4 more of these to unload in 2025.

i've charged several on Jan 1st, self-loads all credited on Jan4th, gifted ones coded as "GIFT" and have so far only credited on Aspire, the meter has not changed on Plat and Biz Plat for gift loads

No, positive data points on gift as well.

If it worked for Aspire I would say 99% chance it still works for Platinum.

Aspire credits any airline purchase. It used to be the same as the platinum cards, that's not the case anymore.
