It should say "Amex Airline Reimbursement Benefit".

It is a refund from JB. The screenshot was to show that the amex credit is NOT there anymore.

I don't think a credit reversal would just disappear, you would see the credit and a separate transaction as a reversal.

Have not had a chance to read upthread.

A few days ago I purchased a flight on DL using my biz plat card which has DL as registered airline. now i suddenly see that i was given the airline credit for it. is this usual?

Bought 3 Delta gc's 1x $100 and 2x $50. Got 2 $50 credit, but nothing for $100 yet. Worth calling about it?

only works automatically on 50 dollar charges, you can try chatting

Flight was $215. Used $50 gc and paid the rest with my cc. Now the entire cc charge had been refunded. Not complaining, just data point...

Need advice:

I have only one Amex PRG (wife's name): previously selected United and did MPX last year for travel credit. I understand that MPX is done now, and we are not traveling on United much, so don't want to do United GC (or gift registry). Since it is a new year and we can change the airline, can we change to SW (travel on SW more) and buy SW gift card to get $100 airline fee credit? If yes, do we buy the GC directly from SW site? After buying, can we just add to our account and keep using it to pay the taxes/fees (flights are mainly booked using SW points).

I have not really been following this thread but maybe someone could help.

I got my 200 credit on the business platinum for a delta+ upgrade. A week ago, I did it again on delta+ for 333$ and the credit still has not posted. Is there a mistake I made?

It sounds like MPX purchases of GCs don't work. Is the gift registry thing works, as far as you know?
