I called last week and asked if I could donate to a registry over the phone cuz site is down. She said that I was the first one to bring this to their attention... They said they would look into what the issue is

It says that it can not be used for flights only but can be used for hotel only or flights + hotels

Purchased EC+ on the EWR-TLV leg with one CC (same name as traveler) for $209.
Purchased EC+ on the TLV-EWR leg with different CC (his mother's name) for $199.
Both credited about 3-4 days after the charge.

Just providing a data point, mostly in regard to the timing of posting. The T+C indicate it shouldn't work:
"Good to Know
This benefit doesn't offer credit toward airline tickets, mileage points purchases or mileage points transfer fees, gift cards, upgrades, duty–free purchases, or award tickets."

Just pointing out that the purchase could be for any traveler; doesn't need to be for the cardmember.  Not a big deal. Only $200 was credited, as expected.
