Still no credit for the June 26th Delta purchase. It's never been this late so thinking to call them in next few days if it doesnt show up.

No credit yet. I chatted with their support and they said that the terms require up to 2-4 weeks to receive the credit. It's now been 3 weeks so another week to wait and see.

If JB flights under $100 are being reimbursed, (correct me if they are not please) can I some how get a refunded flight within 24 hours to go to travel credit and not back to the credit card? Is that a current workaround for using the airline credit and yet getting the equivalent of a gift card?
