I sent a message for both me and my wife. My wife got the 50k right away, but I have still not gotten it.
I wrote to two different departments and I just got another message this morning from a rep. she wrote:
Dear XXXXX,
I received both your emails and will respond to you in this one.
As per our guidelines for better offer promotions, you could have received the balance bonus points if you had opened your Card within 90 days of the better offer promotion. I see that your Card was opened on October 31, 2010. The bonus ID 5894 started on April 1, 2011.
Since your Card was opened than six months before the current promotion started, there is no provision or way to have it linked to your current Card account.

I feel like the are starting to catch on. Is that possible? Do they keep track of all the emails people send?
