uch. their giving me the hardest time... i wrote them i think 10 times. this last time they wrote that unfortunately they had answered me numerous times that i cannot receive the bonus. i was waiting for some harsh words.. but i was surprised. My next option wud b to call.... ... but i have no patience to call them.

i got refused twice through sm but they were very helpful over the phone and gave it right away.
call membership rewards directly

I see allot of people saying that they successfully got the 75K bonus. Have any of you gotten the full 75k for a card you opened last year? If yes, can you specify around when you opened the card?

Thanks for the tip! The first message I sent to reward points they said they couldn't give me the points. Yesterday I sent another message this time to social media and the 50K points have already posted! Nothing like points for not doing anything! Thanks a bundle!

I'd like to ask them for the better offer on the second prg i have, but not sure how to do that. I asked them for the bonus for prg card #1 and then for the plat and they awarded both to prg card #2(as shown in the award detail), so am I asking for the bonus again for prg card #1 or #2? (hope it's not too confusing!)

just explain it in ur sm same thing happened to me i got it on both prg

they wont give them to me.. i tried calling a few times. they keep telling me i applied 5 months b4 this promotion and theres no way i can get those points... so annoying.. anyone apply b4 novemeber and actually receive the 75k?

i emailed them but they didnt want to give it to me now when i called the guy was really nice and ready to give it but when he tried adding the miles he saw a note on the account that i emailed them already and that im not eligible,

i got it yesterday, don't give up guys keep on calling.
what i did after calling 10 times: i said to the Representative that i have spoken 2 weeks ago with one of the Representatives and she told me that i am eligible for the offer but i need to call back in the end of the month to get it and she told me that she put a note to my account, she put me on a 8 min hold came back that she added 50k to my account.
