i called and got 6661 noted on my account ,$1000 spend 3 months -- not sure if will work but if noted on account that will be half the battle

yes --BUT!!-- I upgraded from green card -- they would not give me the points because of upgrad -- called presidents office of amex -- they got me the points.

Dear Amex CSR,
I just received my Premier Rewards Gold Card Yesterday. I'm not sure with which program I'm enrolled but I received an offer code of 6661 which is for 75,000 Membership rewards If you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months. I was wondering if my account ending in XXXX was eligible for that offer.

Call the regular number pull up your account thru the SS, and then get transfered to MR.

Had to call them again and finally got the additional 60K points added! CSR didn't forget to mention that he is doing it out of courtesy and they do not entertain the requests for status match on a targeted offer.

Curious, a friend of mine applied off of a referral, the bonus was 10K after first spend (instead of the DDF link of 25K after 1K spend). Anyone with experience on this know if that affect her chances to get matched with the 75K bonus codes?

quick update 5894 still working strong
just got the offer applied this week to 3 diff accounts
why are we on to this 6661 offer if 5894 only requires a $500 spending?
