you dont need the number. Just once they have your acct up they can transfer you to MR.

Called again and asked to be trasfered rep said not in till 10am I asked her about offer and she said not possible if i didnt sign up with that promo but ill try again tom morn thanks!

Good luck. In general the MR repa are more accommodating. Also don't ask if youre eligible, just say you thought you were supposed to get points and didnt see them in your acct..\

Just spoke to MR rep Charles said I can only apply for 6661 promo after I meet the criteria of .$1000 spent, and wait 10 weeks, because I didnt actually apply with that promo. He said that even if promo is over if it was on when I signed up and met criteria I can request to receive that bonus, although not guaranteed. He mentioned that if I applied through referral I would not be eligible. And most importantly for other readers he said the expiration date for the offer is Nov 1

All of you guys have been saying how you get different reports from each rep what you can do and what you cant. Wellk I have the ultimate:
I caled on Wend. and spoke to a nice rep named Fred and he was very helpful in applying 5748 and 6661 to my cards however he said I would have to call in 6-8 weeks for it to be posted.
Today I called for someone else for the same thing. Well guess who I got: Fred and he said hell happily do it but he changed his rules from last time. He said that he can only post addtl points after the first set of points post. So i asked him to hold and called plat mr and asked them to expidite thge 25k points immediately in which they did. Than got back on the line and told Fred he can now post the bonus. he was a little confused but ha[[ily obliged.

I have reports from 2 different people in the past 24 hours.

1) Tried at least 5 times and eventually got it notated.
2) Tried 3 times and no go so far.

Reps saying that they are being told to stop matching.

This leads me to assume that the good times are ending.... so heads up.

Rumor has it that if a representative is giving you a hard time with 6661, then you can try 6393. It's basically the same thing, spend 1000 within three months etc. Has anyone tried this?

I tried twice and spoke to supervisors on both calls, didnt work. The reps said that theres a new policy that doesnt allow them to match bonus id's anymore

I called twice yesterday and got the points for both accounts. The worst I heard was that i wasn't eligible for a promotion.

Just called and was told that code 5748 was noted by management not to be givin because to many people who weren't targeted were calling for the code!!!

Let's daven that its only tonight's shift and it isn't permanent. But it sure doesn't sound good!!

Not convinced. I just called two of my friends who make the phone calls for many people. They both said that they were able to get the matching points earlier today. (100% for the gold).

Maybe it's just code 5748 for Platinum that is dead in the water?
