amex bump question

I applied for three AMEX cards in August. Called and was promised bump on all three. I actually got bumped on two out of three after pushing. Should I push for the third or keep quiet? Your opinions?

Amex PRG- got the 15,000, not the 75,000. Second time with the PRG card.

i got a targeted offer in the mail a few months ago for this card with a 50K bonus and i didnt take it up on the offer and it has already expired,
is there a chance that if i apply for this card now and i tell them i had gotten the offer and never used it, they would match it?

I tried everything but was not successful.
They also told me not to bother trying to get a match, but maybe ymmv

did you apply, try to match and the didnt let or you didnt apply in the 1st place?
