One of my orders from Kohl's has a large toy for my daughter out of town.  And I threw in a puzzle that we want over here. I just got shipment notification.  They're each shipping separately. 
Would My Choice Premium allow me to change the shipping address to NY instead of FL?

You can, but according to the FAQ they may charge you any extra shipping costs (if applicable).

What does this mean,
If you do not have a payment method on file, you will be renewed at the regular membership level. ?

Eta: was trying to enter my payment info so saw that and was confused,that's for renewal after the year is up!

But a pain if you make many orders. You have to keep on top of it and if the package gets delivered you have to go to Delaware to get it.
