I initially started the process online and then forgot about it.  They called me and we completed the rest via phone.  I think I had to fax them some documentation and then had to make 4 fx payments...

What type of documents? Did you try small transactions or did those need to look legitimate as well?

Got the offer today. I do a couple intl transfers monthly, so worth a try for 30k miles plus 6 months of waived fees.... Only question is if they pull my CR for this application?
