I'm quite positive that it's a mistake, and if someone's planning on relying on this, I suggest bringing along some sort of documentation about the 2 bags. If you go to the section of the baggage policy on their website, there is no mention of such a thing (only PE).

Definitely bring screenshots to the airport and if need be pay with an AMEX for that 2nd bag.

Anybody get in on this?  The cheap business is VERY tempting  (as is the Y+ at $780, which looks like a very solid product, certainly better than US domestic F).
