Introduction:
A truly delicious burger doesn't need any toppings, simply from the grill to your mouth. No plate no bun. Or if your more civilized a simple toasted bun. Your burger should start out simple, You could get creative but the base should be: 60/40. 60 (lean beef) / 40 (fat beef). Some people add a egg and or some breadcrumbs. Patties should be made by hand. Some even press a thumb print into the pattie to avoid shrinkage or just because they like to see that they can. Topped with salt and pepper on both sides right before grilling. When you grill you should flip once maybe maybe 2ce never more.

Burger Toppings:
Lettuce, Pickles (or Relish), Tomato (Thick Cut)
Pastrami, Beef Fry or Bacon, Smoked Brisket, Grilled Salami
Sunny Side Up Egg
Sautéed Onions, Peppers or Mushrooms
Grilled Pineapple or tomato
Avocado
Fake Cheese
Chilli
Jalapeños or Banana Peppers or green chilies
French Fries, Onion Rings
Pickled Red Onions, Raw Onions
Foie gout Paris puts this stuff on everything!
Salt and pepper potato chips -Dan

Burger Condiments:
Ketchup, Mayonnaise (and Variations Chipotle, Truffle, Spicy etc.), BBQ, Sriracha or Other Spicy Sauce, Aioli, Worcestershire Sauce or Mustard

Burger Meats:
Beef, Lamb, Cornbeef, Veal
Chicken (but is it really worthy of being called a burger?) (of course it's not worthy)

I'm skeptical.  I've tasted all variety of facon and been assured that this one is just like the real thing, and that x who used to eat real bacon says it's just like the real thing, and various friends of mine who used to eat real bacon said it was just like the real thing ... and have been underwhelmed by them all.
On a BLT I might agree. With eggs and eating the bacon by itself totally different taste.

We need to do a facon blind test on 3 people who EAT Bacon not who ate it 1ce when they were younger I mean die hard Bacon Eaters weight requirement 350+ that live for bacon.

and let them taste 4 or 5 versions of Facon plain not in a sandwich not on a salad hands on. and taste it feel it see it and judge what are there ratings of these Facon Brands compared to real Bacon.

So ur already stereotyping bacon eaters. But in essence your saying that if u don't fit that stereotype u will never know the difference anyway. So who cares? Unless u happen to fit the stereotype

Ok, Faconeers, what is the very best facon on the market, or do you need to make it yourself to enjoy?  How precisely do you prepare?

On a tip from my favorite chabadtzker foodie who didn't keep kosher growing up, I bought Jack's Facon, and put it flat on a cold cast iron skillet and then heated at medium heat until crispy.  eh.

I've also had at restaurants all over. And have tried skilleting Romanian's beef fry which seems to be the same thing.  I haven't bought the Pelleh farms duck facon because I'm burnt out of all of it.
