Just did a product change last night from Ink Plus to Ink Cash, even though i already had the Ink Cash already. Agent told me it wouldnt matter if i already had the product, i could have mutliple

Yesterday I was able to downgrade my CSP to a second freedom card. I guess I got lucky

I know it's the same family, but technically it's a different product.
