Wanted to let everyone know about about a new option for processing rent. After Radpad went belly up we were all pretty disappointed.
Here in Utah, we have a local classified service run by one of the new outlets (ksl.com), its a whole lot nicer than using craigslist. Aways, they partnered with a local company to manage the apartment listings, and they have stated taking rent payments
https://www.rentler.com/paymentsI thought it looked pretty interesting. 2.5% CC fee, and debit is $3.99! Landlords need to be on Rentler to accept payments, but the process was pretty easy to set up with my wife as "landlord"
