But when I moved I got my amazon Within the hour and for siblings was a few hours(2-3hrs).

I just did it now for the first time in many years. I had previously done this over 15 years ago, before the Amazon coupon was part of the deal. Back then I just got 10% off Home Depot and Lowes. But back then I did it a few times without actually moving more than once - I just filled out additional forwarding orders every few months using the same OLD address and NEW address every time. In fact, I even used those same addresses for the one I just did now - it was easier than moving again!

The deal is not worth as much anymore nowadays as when this thread started - besides lowering it to only 10%, they also charge you $1 on a Credit Card in order to verify the Old or New address. So you only save $99!! But they also still give you 10% off Lowes. Too bad not Home Depot. I prefer the quality of the HD products over all of the similar items at Lowes.

I wonder if anyone is still sending me junk mail to my old address?...
