The thing that differentiates them are how comfortable they are.
I can't comment on the Non-Iron part because I send them to the cleaners.

That's the only thing holding me back from getting a few is that there's no option for non iron on a button down collar. Oh well, at least others are enjoying!

all of my CT shirts have lasted over one n half years (maybe white non iron is different)
and besides if you hang dry them they tend to last longer then when putting them in the dryer
