Email I received: Your claimant identification number is 100098xxxxx. Use this number to access more information about your forfeited points and your credit-card account at www.chaserewardsprogramsettlement.com.

They knew what they owed me.

How much are they paying per point forfeited?
its clear in the settlement that it can not be more then one cent per point, and the exact amount will depend on how much money will be left after deducting the money for the attorneys etc.
If it benefits even just one fellow DDFer, its worth posting it.

76. The base amount shall be equal to the number of Points Forfeited upon the Closure of the
Claimant’s Account, multiplied by a determinate number of cents per point, to be
calculated by dividing the Net Settlement Fund by the total number of Points Forfeited
upon Account Closure, without the opportunity to redeem post-Closure, by Settlement
Class Members. In the event the Net Settlement Fund exceeds the total value of claims
made for the base amount, the value of the claims will be increased ratably to equal the
value of the Net Settlement Fund, but in no event will the value of a claim be increased
beyond one cent per forfeited point. These calculations shall yield each Claimant’s
“Payable Claim Amount.”
If it benefits even just one fellow DDFer, its worth posting it.
