Anyone ever have their fios power box beeping? Every couple of weeks I have to unplug the battery for a few hours and plug it back in to reset. Any solution? Will they replace it for me?

You need a new battery. Unplugging and plugging is a temporary fix and one of the most annoying things out there when it beeps. I am a customer for 6 years and I had to beg them to send for free...Give it a shot.

Still on the fence in regards to switching to fios...some people here have complained about awful customer service, getting billed wrong amounts and finding it impossible to fix...

How often do issues like that crop up?

with them for 4 years. No issues. Once called about a promo I saw for new customers only and got them to apply to me as well
