I think I recall having that issue in the beginning but I think a call to UPS solved it and now he only comes when I request online.

The morning after I signed up, UPS called me to give me the local UPS number to call if I ever needed something picked up.

I never got a call. I have no clue if they actually came to me or not. I happen to be missing a package that I thought should have got delivered, maybe he took it. :?

it looks like the business account offers 8% - 18% discounts on shipping charges.
