I recently flew EWR-ATH, even put on tefillin during the flight. No issues whatsoever.

where was your final destination? Because I’m planning this flight which arrives 4:10pm and would like to take 5:20 pm to TLV. wanna know if it’s to short?

Does anyone know if it's safe to travel on Emirates from NY to DUBAI with a stopover in  ATH or MILAN, with my chassidishe hat and peyos, tefilin?  any data points?

As safe as any US airline (maybe safer).

what can you do if your locked out of your emirates account becuase you sold points? can emirates toll free have it restored

Same question here, I have no checked luggage but only a 45 min layover, is it too short?
Also what are the connection procedures, do I have to go through passport control before continuing to my next flight to TLV?

I was going to TLV, but I stayed in ATH for the night. Took a flight to TLV the next day.

What  reassurance  can i provide someone who is being concerned about getting into legal trouble , he sold a couple of million emirates  points to a broker a couple of years ago and  he is being  audited by emirates. They want his passport info to give him back access to  his account.    He read somewhere that emirates goes after people who  sell points.and does not want to email them a copy of his passport

Are their phone reps good? Does it matter Dubai vs US rep?
Trying to piece together an itinerary where individually there is availability but when doing multi city (to take advantage of free stopover) it shows no availability on 1 segment.
Phone reps don’t appear to be helpful.

Emirates now bookable on Air Canada, eliminating the high fuel charges etc and drastically lowering the miles needed to book J

Any leads on getting account reinstated after audit  I have 6 figure of miles set to expire, i tried calling they tell me I need to email Data integrity, but they keep telling me "We are reviewing your case and will revert to you with an update on the status of your account.". my account has been locked since Jun 2021

Why not? Worst case is they say not their jurisdiction and you'll have to go to small claims.

I have had luck with booking a flight that is departing within a few days and then tell them you want to use points to upgrade. They will rush the review and unlock the account.

Not sure if this was it but i got a email this now saying my account is reinstated so thanks for that, now how can i avoid paying the outrages price of $10 per 1000 miles to extend my miles? they are set to expire in 4 days.
