Citi gives you a FICO, but it's a bankcard enhanced score.

Unless Chase gives a TU 04 FICO in the future, it's not really a big deal.  I would expect that they would give an EX FICO 8 since that is what they give with the Slate card.

It's already possible to get 2 of 3 mortgage FICOs and all FICO 8 scores for free though:
