Aren't you arriving in Amsterdam on Thursday morning, but scheduled to leave Amsterdam on Wednesday evening?

I've been calling +62 21 2351 9999 for an hour and keep getting told all their reps are busy and then they hang up. Meanwhile the flights I wanted have now been booked while I've been waiting. Anybody have success getting through recently?

EDIT: Finally got through, CS rep went through all flights in May, claims not a single flight with 2 seats in F AMS-CGK or LHR-CGK. Guess I missed this one =(

I tried opening up a GA mileage account, but got stuck on the address information. Once I put in the state, it insists on selecting city from a drop down, but there's nothing in the drop down menu to select.
