Singapore Garuda office told me that they will give you a form and you will email me the form, i'm assuming other Garuda office's will do the same

He connected me with a Local in Jakarta who went to the Garuda office and got me ticketed.

If anyone still needs to book, this wonderful girl will ticket for you, give her a small fee of $130, saves you the hassles of making calls to GA AMS office which you have wait  for an email and a fax then send it back,  with this local girl you are guaranteed to get ticketed right away her friend works at the Garuda office too, I have her info if anyone is interested.

Wow, I was expecting the fee to be less than $130, especially when the first class line was willing to do it for me over the phone at the discounted rate (I ended up not ticketing so I'm not sure if it would have worked)

Garuda in Jakarta was also willing to do it  over the phone, but they told me if the payment or whatever does not go through they will cancel the booking within 4 hours and I was not willing to risk it. It is not her flat fee, i'm sure she  will do it for less but whatever!!

Makes sense. They didn't tell me they'd cancel it but did say it would be a few hours before transaction was processed. I would recommend for any that try the phone route using a non US card since I was told by some agents that they haev issues processing US cards.
