Has anyone ever used this benefit on this card? It seems like as long as you pay the monthly bill with it, your phone is covered, even if it's used. How do they evaluate the phones value?

 Is it $600 in total for as long as you have the card, or is it per phone?

And why can't I find anything about this card on the forums? This seems like an awesome benefit besides for the decent sign up bonus and cash back.

$600 per occurance and $1200 per 12 month period, covers primary line and 3 additional lines. Includes theft and damage, $25 deductible.
