I hate to say it but I am pretty sure the party is over!!!!!! I was told by a supervisor that Corporate recently clamped down and there is no way they are giving any points unless you can prove you were targeted.

However, If you were aready told by an agent you will receive points and it is written in the notes thyy will honor it and give to you.

It was nice while it lasted!!!

If anyone ddoes have any luck with new requests from here on in please post it!!!!

That's not what they told me. They said even if it was in the notes and an agent said you'd get it, they will not do it.

Maybe I got a mean supervisor?

I got the same response today from 2 agents and they told me to email corporate, I do have 2 emails from them telling me that I will get these points

I will keep you posted what they will tell me

I haven't lost all hope yet... I am gonna try and squeeze one more through before the worm hole closes completely. We'll see.

Not really. I'm pretty sure that supervisor didn't know what s/he was talking about. I grilled (in a nice way, of course) the supervisor I got, and it seems the policy has definitely changed for the worse.

... and the fact that others seem to confirm this raises the chances my supervisor was right and his was wrong.

I think if they send you an email saying you will get the points, they must comply because it a legal documate and that is all you need to win a case in the court of law.

I'm not even sure where to begin with that one, but let's just say I am probably not going to sue them for the points.

Yes, but if you have an SM saying you'll get the points then you just need to talk to the right people and you'll get the points.
Besides you don't need to sue for anything if your state's attorney general is worth his salt.

Not at all. Some questions need to be answered by a live human being, and that's the point of this forum.
Other questions:
-Have no answers that are conclusive.
-Can be easily answered with a 5 second Google search.
-Need to be answered by a picking up a telephone and asking a competent rep.

Common people, we all knew this would not last forever. This was the best deal in the history of points and it lasted way longer then anyone anticipated. Personally I am shocked that with all the attention this has been getting it was not over months ago! So instead of looking at how much more we could have got we should focus on what we did get and be happy.

I just realized that I never got my 100k points from 6608 on the business gold card which had been noted almost a month ago that it was supposed to post within 2 days and they are being akshanim. I realize I should have called right away to make sure that the points post back then, but unfortunately I didnt.
so now they are not even honoring a prior promise. hashem yerachem.
