I have an SM from Emma Maxwell Account Manager Email Servicing Team saying that I am eligible for the promo and that I will receive the points.

So who do I need to talk to?

I was specifically told by a supervisor that they will give points if promised and written in notes. I know other people were told differently but I would suggest you keep on trying.

Usually they respond to me under 10 Hours, Its been over 16 Hours and no answer, So I am guessing they are weighting there options to see if they will honor the promise

Or, they've been flooded with messages to honor their commitment.

On a side note I almost applied for my wife for the PRG to have it matched and that day I received an offer in the mail for 75k so of course I used the mail offer...

saw on the dansdeals comments on this card offer someone suggested that dan should set up a petition where all of us who are having difficulty getting the promised points could sign up and this will pressure american express to give everyone their points. i really think it would work. let me know if you plan on doing it

what do we write on the petition that we want points, all of us; i think they know that, they are getting 1000"s of calls

Dunno but I had a gold business which I was told was notated over the phone but I SM'd and they said there is no notation.

same happened to a friend of mine on his plat. Had it notated but when he called back now they said that there is no note

The same thing just happened with my platinum. When I called last week regarding my gold card the lady said I only see the platinum code for 100k and now they say no notation.
I said you have calls recorded you can pull it up.
Any ideas? They wont honor anything now.

they also said it takes until my new statement to get the points,now they are show as pending.
If i want to cancel before (don't want to pay annual fee) then what should i do?
