If you realized after the shut down, every time you could in MR or wrote an SM you got denied. Now, they'll take the information, and tell you that this will be reviewed, and they'll send a letter about the outcome. I have had positive results with 4 cards thru them.

Yes sure. I doubted that it will work otherwise, thats the main reason this team is up for, to investigate when and how you were promised, and if you met all the requirements etc.

How many points did you earn the first three times? When did you last cancel?

Lastly, are you sure you want to use that link? People have reported only getting 25k with one of the 50k links that's floating around.

I don't think that link from Oct 20 works anymore when you actually attempt to Apply, but there is at least one still floating around.  The recent 50k links my wife and I have found and used in the last month have actually resulted in 50k points and not 25k (unlike that link from months back where people changed the URL string from '25k' to '50k', which was definitely not reliable even though app stated you were getting 50k points).

Here's a 50k link working as of today, and it is being tested by a 4th time platinum card holder as we speak where points should post within the next week - I'll report back if it is in fact 50k.  Of course the usual applies, clear browser data or switch to private browsing, etc. before loading the link.

i did the plat card in august i only got 25k and they refuse to add bonus 5748 for 100k (yes i tried every trick in ddf) my ? is if i should try to atleast match this 50k promo, whts ur take on it?

I think the offer needed to be in affect at the time you applied for your card.

just hung up from amex to ask if I was able to get the 50000 points and he said it is for 1st time credit card holders and because I have a starwoods card and a costco business card I would not be eligible.  Anyone else run into this problem?
